4.2 While crediting our service is appreciated, it is not mandatory for commercial implementations.

5. Service Guarantees

5.1 The Provider confirms possession of all necessary rights and authorizations to deliver the services outlined in this agreement.

5.2 The Provider ensures that AI-generated content will not violate existing third-party copyright protections.

5.3 The Provider confirms its authority to grant commercial usage rights for platform-generated content, in compliance with the underlying AI models' open-source licensing terms.

5.4 No guarantees are made regarding specific quality standards, merchantability, or suitability for particular applications of the AI-generated content.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 The Provider bears no responsibility for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the Creator's implementation of AI-generated content.

6.2 The Creator accepts full responsibility and associated risks in the utilization of AI-generated content.
